SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises thin-wall wind cowl representing a truncated pyramid with rectangular base, air duct and blower with drive. Note that the said wind cowl has, on the base side, a rectangular casing with branch pipe, and that it communicates, via air duct, with blower intake, while the casing branch pipe communicates, via branch pipe, with intake of the other blower.
EFFECT: fast and high-efficiency cleaning, ruling out of manual labor.
