FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: proposed vehicle comprises body with rotation drive and two operating shafts with the lever attached thereto, the lever being furnished with larger weight. Each lever is furnished with smaller weight and represents crossarm, bell crank relative to center of weight of the traverse axle. Larger weight is fitted on the crossarm longer arm. Larger weight represents a weight-rotor coupled with crossarm motor and fitted on the axle arranged across the crossarm crosswise axis. Aforesaid weight-rotor is articulated with crossarm via gear drive to allow crossarm and weight-rotor rotating relative to each other. Body drive is articulated with crossarms axles via transmission to rotate every crossarm. Vehicle design version comprises weight-rotor representing rotary power plant with rotation drive and control system. Versions of proposed method allow for using appropriate vehicle design versions.
