FIELD: construction industry.
SUBSTANCE: heat-insulating material manufacturing method is described. The method involves preparation of raw mixture by adding 195-200 parts by weight of filler to 194-200 parts by weight of chrome-lignosulphonate bonding agent. At that as filler, there used are fallen leaves saturated with lignosulphonate water solution at the following component ratio, parts by weight: fallen leaves 100, industrial lignosulphonate with density of 1040-1060 kg/m3 (in terms of dry matter) 10-15, water 85-90, and chrome-lignosulphonate bonding agent is obtained from the mixture containing the following, parts by weight: industrial lignosulphonate with density of 1140-1160 kg/m3 (in terms of dry matter) 30-35, hexatomic chrome compound (in terms of dry matter) 20-25, acid-containing additive in the form of sulphuric acid till pH=0-4 4-5, water 140-150, and after that, further formation of raw mixture and its hardening is performed.
EFFECT: waste recovery, and simplifying the procedure of obtaining heat-insulating material.
