FIELD: construction industry.
SUBSTANCE: wall panel refers to civil and industrial construction, and namely to light-weight load-carrying wall constructions. Wall panel consists of metal framing made in the form of two frames 1, 2 located parallel to each other. Each of those consists of horizontal guide members 3, in which there rigidly fixed are vertical pillars 4, external 5 and internal 6 non-detachable formworks and warmth-keeping material 7 located between formworks 5, 6. Inside frames 1, 2 there installed are pillars 8 with overlapping relative to the pillars of parallel frame, which are equipped with warmth-keeping material 7 in pairs in a staggered order so that warmth-keeping material 7 plate installed between pillars 8 of one frame is offset relative to the plate of warmth-keeping material 7 installed between pillars 8 of parallel frame. The space between external 5 and internal 6 formworks is filled with building mortar or concrete.
EFFECT: optimising the design of wall panel owing to arrangement of pillars inside frames with overlapping the pillars of parallel frames.
