FIELD: oil and gas production.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to drilling of oil and gas wells. The facility consists of a drilling column, of a spindle with openings and sealing with a hollow shaft and axial support corresponding to a structural part of the spindle receiving and transmitting axial load from the case to the spindle shaft, and of centring elements. An additional case of the facility is installed between the drilling column and a spindle case; a torsion shaft connected to the spindle shaft is located inside the case of the facility along the same axis; an upper cross bar is assembled in the upper part of the facility case wherein there are made openings for installation of replaceable, various by diametre, jet nozzles for flow of flush fluid and a seat for aligning an upper compressing spring resting on the upper cross bar and an upper part of the torsion shaft. A lower cross bar with openings for flush fluid flow and a central faceted hole where a faceted part of the torsion shaft comes in is installed in an upper part of the additional case. One or concentric two springs are arranged inside the additional case of the facility near its internal wall; the springs operate simultaneously or successively for compression between them and/or together. Springs installed near the additional case are arranged on a plate via a collar in a lower part of the torsion shaft. A lower end of the torsion shaft has either a thread or slits.

EFFECT: increased mechanical rate of penetration of well and headway per drill bit.
