FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry, namely to rotary controlled systems used in drilling directional and horizontal wells. The rotary controlled system includes a multi-stroke gerotor mechanism consisting of a stator containing an outer housing with helical teeth made of elastomer, and a rotor shaft, the teeth of which form cavities - working chambers between them, and with the eccentricity equal to half the height of the teeth, according to the invention, the shaft-rotor is hollow in the upper and lower parts and contains channels that connect the inner cavities with working cameras of the gerotor mechanism, and in the upper part has connecting thread to the drill pipes and a top sealed eccentric bearing, eccentric sealed lower bearing and connecting thread to a flexible bit-sub that is the basis of the axial sliding support of the lower eccentric bearing, which, like the upper eccentric bearing, has a foot-step in the direction of the maximum eccentricity of the gerotor mechanism relative to the axis of the shaft-rotor, transmitting the lateral deflecting force of the bearing pressure from the well’s walls to the shaft-rotor, the flexible bit-sub and to the bit itself, while the upper eccentric bearing also contains a permanent magnet, by means of which the telesystem determines the eccentricity position.
EFFECT: said invention creates a deflecting force on the bit, without the use of a spindle section, a driveshaft or a torsion spring, as well as an angle controller in the downhole motor, which makes it possible to deflect the trajectory both during the drill stem rotation, and without that.
