FIELD: oil and gas production.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to oil equipment engineering. The bench for screwing and unscrewing thread connections of screw gerotor motors, turbo-drills and jars consists of a frame, a power installation of the screw chuck drive including an electric power engine, a reducer, a spindle, and a grip chuck of the spindle with eccentric cams for securing and rotating of screwed details; also it consists of delaying device including the grip chuck of the delaying device with a drive and eccentric cams for securing and preventing rotation of response screwed details, of sensors of torque, of the drive of lengthwise travel of the delaying device and of a supporting car with bearings assembled on the frame. The power installation of the screw chuck drive is equipped with an additional electric motor for accelerated rotation of the reducer and spindle by flexible gear connected to an input shaft of the reducer; the latter is connected to the shaft of the electric power engine drive of the chuck screw by means of a pneumatic half-coupling; an automatic device for switching on and off the half-coupling is arranged in the power installation; the electric power engine drive of the chuck screw is equipped with a brake of its own shaft; also the bench consists of torque measuring system with a digital value display and a device of automatic switch off of the electric power engine drive of the chuck screw when specified torque of a thread connection tightening is achieved; upon achieving a specified moment of thread connection tightening the system of measurement of torque and the device for automatic switching off the electric power engine drive of the chuck screw are adjusted to accuracy of over-tightening of screwed thread connections with excessive torque not exceeding resolution of specified digital indication of torque values of thread connection tightening.

EFFECT: facilitating screwing of thread connections with specified torque, increased accuracy of measurement of torque of thread connection screwing, and elimination of slipping of screwed details in tightened cams.
