FIELD: oil and gas production.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to oil industry and can be implemented at development of oil deposit. The essence of the invention is as follows: the method consists in control over bottomhole pressure in each pressure and producing well, in determining bed pressure near wells, in evaluation of filter-capacity characteristics, in pumping working agent via the pressure wells, in withdrawing production through the producing wells, in termination of pumping and withdrawal and/or in changing modes of operation of wells, and in maintaining optimal bed pressure with regard to maximal oil yield. According to the invention the above said measures are performed on the section of development representative for the given deposit during time sufficient for revealing of dependence of a section properties and development parametres effect on maximum oil output. There is chosen a similar by properties section of development and obtained dependencies on volume of pumping and withdrawal are applied to development of the similar section. Parametres of development are controlled by wellhead pressure and consumption of working agent not less, than twice a month at pressure wells, and on producing wells - not less, than once every three days by specified bottomhole pressures. When withdrawals and pressure coincide at a similar section of development with the representative section, then there is developed a similar section basing on modes approaching conditions of development of the representative section.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of method due to analysis of development and reduced material and labour cost and for analysis of oil deposit development.
