FIELD: oil and gas production industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to oil industry and can be applied in development of oil pool. Process of oil pool development includes identification of reservoir properties of pay bed, identification of dependence of injection bottomhole pressure and reservoir pressure from reservoir properties, Identification of intervals of optimal injection pressures and reservoir pressures, injection of working fluid via injectors and fluid recovery via producers at filtration regimes that correspond optimal values of injection pressure and reservoir pressure between injection and recovery zones. Each injector and producer is provided with downhole pressure gauges and downhole pressure is measured at least once per day in all wells and reservoir pressure near wells is calculated. Shutdown of injection and recovery and/or change of well operation parameters are used to maintain the optimal reservoir pressure in terms of maximum oil recovery factor. At that well workover and activities are scheduled simultaneously to maintain reservoir pressure of the development area regardless of pressure changes during workover.
EFFECT: improved oil recovery factor.
