FIELD: oil and gas production.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to engineering of oil production, particularly to sucker-rod pumps of well and can be implemented in oil and gas producing industry. The pump consists of a cylinder with a suction valve in a lower part. A hollow cylinder plunger is installed in the cylinder; a pressure valve is assembled in a lower part of the plunger. A sealing facility is located between the cylinder and the plunger. The sealing facility is made in form of a closed cavity filled with oil; the cavity is formed by side surface of the plunger and circular lugs made on internal surface of the cylinder; the lugs are arranged in a middle part of the cylinder and are equipped with sealing rings interacting with side cylinder surface of the plunger. Via a channel the closed cavity communicates with an oil tank installed above the cylinder. Length of the plunger is equal or more, than sum of lengths of the closed cavity and a maximal run of the plunger. The closed cavity can be equipped with a perforated cylinder shell installed between circular lugs along side surface of the plunger.
EFFECT: upgraded reliability of pump operation and increased efficiency of sealing rings.
