SUBSTANCE: technical solution relates to medical equipment, in particular to devices of treatment with oxygen of acute respiratory compromise at excessive pressure at initial stage of clinical course directly at place of accident, catastrophe, terrorist act, as well as during victim transportation to place of skilled medical aid. Pressure chamber of hyperbalic oxygenation contains body, which includes transparent soft reservoir, made from film material, with zip-fastener along its full length, with double bottom, equipped with zip-fastener for placing between walls of double bottom of lodgment for patient, elements for its displacement, in form of side loops, placed uniformly along all reservoir length and fastened with passed under its bottom, system for oxygen supply and discharge. Zip- fastener of transparent soft reservoir is equipped with pressurizing valve, made from strip of transparent film material, rigidly fastened along reservoir lock from one side, overlapping lock on width with edge made from adhesive tape. Body of pressure chamber is equipped with additional external reservoir, made separable from transparent fine net, strengthened with strips from fabric, uniformly placed along and across of reservoir with formation of transparent windows with size not less than 10×10 cm, strips, placed across reservoir forming side loops, and transparent soft reservoir is placed inside additional external body reservoir.

EFFECT: increasing of body strength and air-tightness of its zip-fastener.
