SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydrology and fish-farming industries and may be used in water areas of lakes, seas and oceans and may be used for dipping and lifting scientific and research hardware and for growing sea products under natural conditions. The underwater dipping and lifting device contains reels of larger and smaller diametres, anchor, hawse, outhaul and rope. One end of rope is fixed to the small reel and partly coiled on it. The load is suspended on the other end of the rope. The outhaul runs through the hawse and fixed to the large reel with its one end and to the anchor with its other end. In addition, reversible gear is installed. High speed and low speed shafts of the gear are implemented as resting on the body elements and can rotate in bearings. Large reel is fixed to the high-speed shaft, while the small reel is coupled with low speed shaft.

EFFECT: increased depth of lifting and dipping device submersion ansd reduced dimensions.
