FIELD: marine equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to underwater systems for attaching, positioning and lifting exploitation devices. Essence: the underwater system contains a launch and recovery device (1), two buoys (5, 6), two anchors (3, 8), connecting cables (2, 7). Launching system (1) is kinematically connected with first buoy (5) by means of connecting cable (2), passed through a block attached to first anchor (3). In section of cable (2) between first buoy (5) and first anchor (3) limiter (10) is installed. Second buoy (6) is connected by cable (7) with second anchor (8). Buoys (5, 6) are kinematically interconnected by device (9) of exploitation. At the same time, both buoys (5, 6) and launching system (1) are made with positive buoyancy.
EFFECT: technical effect: reduction of structural elements, elimination of protruding surface elements, reduction of hydrodynamic resistance, the possibility of changing the tension of the exploitation device.
