CREEPING ON FABRIC AND FABRIC DRYING PROCESS FOR MANUFACTURING ADSORBING PAPER CLOTH Russian patent published in 2009 - IPC D21F11/14 B31F1/12

Abstract RU 2370587 C2

FIELD: paper.

SUBSTANCE: raw fibrous layer with chaotic distribution of fibres is formed and moved to the transporting transmitting surface. Fibrous layer is dried till dryness is 30% to 60%, including de-watering with sealing of fibrous layer prior to its being moved to the transmitting surface or simultaneously with it. Fibrous layer is crept on fabric with the creeping pattern surface. Fabric creeping is performed under pressure with the movement at the speed that is lower tan the speed of the transmitting surface. At that, the fabric pattern, contact zone parametres, speed difference and dryness of fibrous layer are chosen so that the fibrous layer can be crept from the transmitting surface and redistributed on the creeping fabric thus forming fibrous layer with elastic net structure with many fibre cluster areas, which are located in the form of the pattern corresponding to the pattern of the creeping fabric surface. Elastic net structure includes fibrous matrix the porosity whereof is increased as it is stretched. Fibrous layer is dried at its being maintained in the creeping fabric.

EFFECT: product with high adsorbing ability and increased relative elongation in transverse direction at low values of tensile strength ratio in longitudinal and transverse direction.
