INSTALLATION FOR SIMULTANEOUS-SEPARATE OPERATION OF TWO BEDS Russian patent published in 2009 - IPC E21B43/14 

FIELD: oil and gas production.

SUBSTANCE: installation consists of flow string, packer, shank end, rod column and sucker rod pump with hollow plunger equipped with pressure valve and main suction valve at inlet communicated with shank end; also installation contains side suction valve with its outlet communicated with opening in wall of pump cylinder. Notably, a hollow case is installed between the cylinder of the pump and the main valve; the upper part of the case communicates with the upper part of the cylinder by means of the channel via the back valve; the rods are made hollow and are communicated with internal cavity of the plunger. A dividing piston is arranged in the cylinder below the opening for the side channel; it performs limited lengthwise travel downward to the cavity of the case and upward under force of the plunger. Distance between the inlet of the channel into the upper part of the cylinder and the opening for the side valve is equal to length of the plunger. Internal cavity of the case is made with bigger internal diametre, than that of the cylinder.

EFFECT: possibility of separate extraction, lifting and determination of watering of two beds production.
