FIELD: oil-and-gas production.

SUBSTANCE: pumping installation contains top pump, consisting of top cylinder with side suction and delivery flaps and hollow plug, herewith forcing side valve of communicated to bypass canal with cavity of stalks, and bottom pump, consisting of bottom cylinder with suction valve and bottom plunger, which is outfitted from the bottom by delivery flap and is communicated to hollow rods through top hollow plunger. Bottom cylinder is higher than suction valve is outfitted by hollow lengthener allowing internal diametre more than the bottom cylinder and plunger of bottom pump - by opening in side wall, implemented with ability of communication at regulation of run of hollow plunger of pump with cavity of lengthener. Top cylinder in top part is outfitted by opening through which its cavity is communicated by channel with cavity of stalks.

EFFECT: creation of ability of regulation of ratio of productivities of top and bottom parts of pump in well conditions.
