FIELD: engines.
SUBSTANCE: compressor comprises several stage, fixed and rotary wheels. To eliminate parasitic air flows inside the compressor, it incorporates outer and inner casings to form gas-air duct made up of outer and inner ducts. Proposed method comprises sucking in air in inner duct and directing it onto fixed wheel fixed vane. It comprises also bleeding air from aforesaid fixed vane and directing it outside the compressor.
EFFECT: higher compression ratio.
