FIELD: information technologies.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to facilities for accounting of resources motion in organisations. In method they use card of resource motion accounting with bar code, automated work place for registration of resource motion, organisation server and scanner for reading of bar codes in cards of resources motion accounting. At each of automated workplaces of according production department on a real time basis they register fact of resource unit reception with application of scanner for reading of bar codes from specified card of resource unit with provision of detection of actual location of resource unit and number of resource units relative to production departments.
EFFECT: detection of actual location in time for amount of resources put in production or produced relative to organisation departments and operations of technological process.
