SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method for automated record keeping in manufacturing commercial special-purpose vehicles at a car factory. The disclosed method involves generating direct flow of specified accounting identification bar-code information on process operations to be executed, inputting said bar-code information at the end of process operations into the automated system using control scanners while receiving reverse flow of the latest information and delivering the reverse flow to automated workstations.
EFFECT: high efficiency of accounting for a manufacturing process with high assortment dynamics on a limited platform of a manufacturing site, optimising use of hardware and software resources and wider range of information systems based on use of bar-codes.
