SUBSTANCE: invention refers to ultrasonic skin treatment devices. The device consists of a head block having an ultrasonic vibrator generating ultrasonic vibrations and a handle block supporting the head block in order to press the head block to skin surface and to transmit ultrasonic vibrations to skin surface. The supporting mechanism for supporting the head block on the handle block has an elastic element made with the possibility of providing three-dimensional turns of the head block in all the directions relative to the handle block, as well as its movement to the handle block and therefrom.

EFFECT: use of invention allows smooth following skin surface irregularities when performing the therapy.
