FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to ultrasonic cosmetic devices. Device includes ultrasonic irradiator, probing head for transmission of ultrasonic fluctuations onto skin surface, when probing head is pressed forward in the first direction, and means for removal of dirt located around contact surface of probing head. Means for dirt removal contains anterior end which protrudes forward from contact surface of probing head in the first direction, and it is fixed to element of main body of ultrasonic cosmetic device with elastic element inserted between them, elastic element being adapted to displacement of means for dirt removal forward in the first direction. In addition means for dirt removal is able to move with respect of probing head between the first position and the second position, which is behind the first position, in the first direction in such way that it travels into the second position, when probing head is pressed to skin surface, overcoming directed forward effort of elastic element displacement.
EFFECT: application of invention allows to remove skin dirt simultaneously with pore contraction.
