FIELD: technological processes, filters.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to machine building and is intended for application in hydraulic systems of control and lubrication, in particular transport means. Double-step filter comprises body 9 with tangential slot-like inlet 6, cyclone device, flange 1 for fixation and flange 18 for connection to hopper, hopper 11 with magnetic device 13 for collection of sediment, outlet nozzle 21, filtering element 8, at that inlet flow of liquid is generated in cyclone device of body 9 along tangent and at the angle to longitudinal axis of body 9 to the side of hopper 11, a full-flow cylindrical mesh filtering element 8 is installed in the centre with a corrugated blind, internal cylindrical tube 19 with holes and support bushes 2, 17, tightened at the ends and pressed from the hopper side by spring 15, which is installed in glass 14 that moves in axial direction with seal 14 in hopper body. Around filtering element 8 there is a bell 7 with inlet grooves for generation of oil flow, and through grooves of bell 7 and external surface of filtering element 8, oil flow is passing from cyclone device inside filter.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase efficiency and reliability of oil treatment.
