COMBINED FILTERING COMPONENT OF THE OIL FILTER Russian patent published in 2006 - IPC B01D27/14 F01M1/10 

FIELD: petrochemical industry; production of the combined filtering components for the oil filters.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is intended for purification of the oil and may be used in production of the oil filters of the combustion engines, the air engines, the different hydraulic systems. The filtering component consists of two filter-elements connected to each other by their butts with the various types of the filtering blinds and is arranged in the body of the filter having one hole for the oil withdrawal and may be equipped with the bypass valve depending on the design of the filter. The first filter-element is the full-flow filter and consists out of the central perforated pipe, the upper and the lower butt caps, between which there is the paper filtering blind laid as the spider. The second filter-element is the partially full-flow filter and consists of the central tube with the grooves on its outer side or of the central perforated pipe with the spooled on it with variable strength layer by layer synthetic texturized thread forming the volumetric-capillary filtering blind. The technical result of the invention is the decreased fineness of screening, the increased filter contaminant capacity, duration of the oil operation life and the filter itself, reduction of the abrasive wear of the rubbing details, the increased operational life of the combustion engines.
