FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of metal plastic working, in particular to treatment with surface plastic deformation. Rotary motion is imparted to treated stock, and longitudinal feed is imparted to deforming tool. Deforming tool is used, which comprises body, at least three deforming elements that are hingedly and movably connected to body and loading device. Each deforming element is hingedly fixed in its loading device, arranged in the form of lever, with execution of loading with the help of cylindrical helical compression spring that acts at one end of lever, and resting against adjustment nut. Adjustment nut is screwed into bracket, rigidly fixed on body, and with its other end lever is hingedly fixed with the help of axis in body and cheek attached to body at the distance controller with spacer bushes. At that adjustment is carried out for a processed diametre of stock, as well as a required tension with the help of trust screw screwed into its bracket.
EFFECT: device design is simplified, its reliability and efficiency of processing are improved, and also provides for high accuracy of processing.
