FIELD: transportation.

SUBSTANCE: dispensable proportioner comprises outer vessel, fixed housing communicating with outer vessel open top end, valve arranged in fixed housing intended for selective air-forced proportioning of treated material and pressure button used to spray material and air. Aforesaid valve comprises hollow casing. Note that aforesaid hollow casing rests upon casing top edge to move into and out of the said casing. Valve includes also sealing element fitted onto valve casing to shut off throttling tube and air suction hole that passes inside the casing to add to outer vessel air pressure. There are versions of embodiment of dispensable and reusable proportioner.

EFFECT: new design of proportioner that allows fine dispersion of materials.
