FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy field, particularly to methods of receiving of copper alloys for mould castings. It is proposed method of modification of copper alloys. Method includes preparation of modifying agent from copper powder and graphitiferous material. Modifying agent is activated in mill - activator at correlation of copper powder and graphitiferous material 1:(1-2) and it is introduced in the end of melting in amount 1-5 wt % of mass of copper alloy.
EFFECT: it is improved structure and mechanical properties of received copper alloys.
