SUBSTANCE: device for dealing with content consists of memory, processor for controlling the operation of the above device in compliance with software stored in the above memory, and content view display; at that, the above memory consists of software application made with the possibility of scrolling the content on the above display in the application window and containing the following: at least two logically different scroll bars in one and the same application window; at that, each of the above scroll bars provides scrolling relative to one and the same direction of the content's orientation; the above scroll bars control various content parts, and at least some part of the above content which is controlled with one of the above logically various scroll bars. The method describes operation of this device.
