SUBSTANCE: container for disc-shaped (3) digital record medium containing tray (1) having the facilities on which there supported is above disc (3) and at least two radial collars (4, 5, 6) made so that when they are in fixed position, they overlap some boundary section of disc (3), at that, at least one of the above radial collars is made with the possibility of being moved from the fixed position when it overlaps the boundary disc section to the releasing position when the above collar releases the above boundary section. At that, in the container, above fixing movable collar (5, 6) consists of ejector pressure element (30) fixed on two side lugs (31) providing the connection to tray (1), and one central lug (33) elastically held down to lower surface of disc (3) and passing above the described connection lugs (31).
EFFECT: developing the container the design whereof simplifies disc extraction from the seat.
