CONTAINER AND CONTAINER CLOSING CAP PROTECTED AGAINST OPENING BY CHILDREN Russian patent published in 2009 - IPC B65D50/04

SUBSTANCE: container protected against opening by children has a neck with at least a section of outer thread, one axial collar arranged at some distance from the said threaded section and outer stop arranged on the neck nearby the aforesaid collar. The closing cap is made up of a molded plastic enclosure comprising a base, a peripheral outer wall, an inner wall spaced apart a bit from the outer wall and provided with at least one section with internal thread to be screwed on the container neck. The outer wall features diametrically opposite circular cuts, the inner wall repeats the shape of radial gaps and allows radial resting upon the said collar. There are ribs arranged along inner wall outer surface axis within the limits of the aforesaid gaps. The inner wall can flexibly deflect inside to bypass the ledge arranged between the collar and outer stop for the closing cap to be removed from the neck. There are several versions of the container and closing cap designs.

EFFECT: new cap rules out opening by children.
