FIELD: veterinary science.
SUBSTANCE: device concerns veterinary science and can be used for diagnostics, treatment of cows with sterility for artificial insemination. A cow's vagina fixation device consists of a tubular light guide case which is integrated and provided with broadenings cone-shaped from one side and olive-shaped from the other side. The caudal part of the case presents a light-harvesting conical prism that changes light rays inflowing from outside. The cranial part of the case represents a widened olive-shaped half ring limited with a light-harvesting lens. There is a through notch formed in the wall of the case. The case is configured as an imitation of a border part of vaginal tissues and vestibule (sphincter with cavernous bodies) that fits anatomico-architectonical topography of vaginal genital tube.
EFFECT: invention allows simplifying design features of diagnostic, medical, insemination procedures according to anatomic-topographical features of cow's genitals.
