FIELD: printing industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ink cartridge for ink discharge and to ink-jet printing device. Ink cartridge, which is to be installed in printing device, contains front, back, upper and lower sides, port for ink supply, formed on lower side, and port for ink supply has axle, first projecting part, which has surface, which lies in plane parallel to mentioned axle, memory unit, placed on ink cartridge, a number of electrodes, which are placed on surface and being in electric connection with memory unit. Port for ink supply is located closer to front, than to back side, and first projecting part is located on back side and near lower part, said projecting part projects from front side.
EFFECT: invention allows for simplification of construction for regulating electrode group position and reduction of dimensions.
