FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device for binding of reinforcement bars and to method of device heating for binding of reinforcement bars. Device contains feed gearing of bundle iron, implemented with ability of feeding of bundle iron to beak of guideline binder and formation of loop of binder around reinforcement bars, twisting mechanism of binder, implemented with ability of loop twisting of binder and binding together of reinforcement bars. Device is implemented with ability of operation in standard mode of binding of reinforcement bars, including standard process of initialisation and process of position return of initialisation, when heating mode is not selected. Standard process of initialisation includes process of feeding of binder, process of installation of twisting mechanism of binder, process of cutting of binder. Reciprocative transportation of twisting mechanism is actuated specified number of times in mode of heating. Additionally feeding mechanism of binder is hold in disabled state for heating of device for binding of reinforcement bars, when it is selected heating mode.

EFFECT: reduction of viscosity of lubricating substance, applied on section of mechanism and prevention of failures of device at low temperature of environment.
