SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a cigarette package and a set of workpieces for the package. The invention objective is a radically new way of opening and closing a package and a more attractive appearance. The cigarette package includes an internal case (2) including a pack of cigarettes, an external case (8) including the internal case (2) such as to the internal case (2) can be moved up and down and having a swivel lid (12) that forms: part of its upper wall and a window (10) made in the side wall and partially opening the internal case (2) on the outside and a joint (20) connecting the internal lid (2) and the swivel lid (12). When the internal case (2) is pushed up through the window (10) of the external case (8) the joint (20) makes the swivel lid (12) go up causing the swivel lid (12) to open. When open the the swivel lid (12) provides an opening (16) protruding from the surface of the upper wall of the external case (8) and directed aside from the internal case (8).

EFFECT: cigarette package suggested presents a new discovery of opening and closing and an attractive look for customers.
