SUBSTANCE: invention relates to up-extendable package for products, such as cigarettes or cigarette with filter, as well as to a set of blanks of up-extendable package. Up-extendable package comprises outer box (10), inner box (22) with pivoted cap fitted in outer box (10) and configured to extend upward from outer box (10), and cover-opening device designed to open hinged cover (36) of inner box (22) together with extension inner box (22) of outer box (10), wherein said cover-opening device is located between outer box (10) and inner box (22) and contains a valve (46) of cover extending from top wall (40) hinged cover (36) and having a hole (48), and inserted tab (56) extending from outer box (10) and inserted into hole (48) valve (46) of cover.
EFFECT: packaging product.
