FIELD: advertising.

SUBSTANCE: device contains frame in form of column. Frame base is connected with its upper part by means of supporting poles with formation of through aperture. Inside frame swivel driving device is installed. Device includes rigidly connected to each other by means of poles driving lower and upper platforms and installed between them at least three pairs of plates. Upper surfaces of plates are made with possibility of placing on them advertising materials. Device drive contains rigidly connected with platform driving shaft, connected with motor-reductor and at least one independent closed contour from, at least, one infinite chain at least nine main stars, intermediate stars, at least, one tightening device, additional stars at least nine additional setting heads. In first version device drive contains two independent closed contours from two infinite chains. In second version device drive contains one independent closed contour from one infinite chain. In third version device drive contains three independent closed contours from three infinite chains. According to claimed method in device frame windows are made on its perimetre and swivel driving device is installed in it. Each window is made providing possibility of simultaneous observing in full-size position and in one of three planes three pairs of plates with advertising materials. When lower and upper platforms of swivel driving device turn at angle 120° simultaneous turn of all pairs of plates at angle 180° is performed for simultaneous change of all demonstrated advertising materials.

EFFECT: invention allows to increase smoothness of rotation of swivel driving device, reduce vibration and noise, improves synchronisation of turning of plates and turn platforms, eliminates jamming.
