FIELD: information technologies.
SUBSTANCE: there proposed are systems and methods which provide dynamic distribution of system resources in wireless network environment by detecting conflict of resources between available distribution of resources for one or more available user devices and a new distribution of resources for the next user device. After the conflict has been detected, there can be provided decrement distribution to one or more available user devices for decreasing available distribution of resources in order to enable the detected conflict of resources. Decrement distributions can be implicit or explicit and can soften requirements for non-productive expenses on transmission due to their relatively small size in comparison to common full messages canceling distribution / re-distribution.
EFFECT: improving notifications of distribution and updates and reducing non-productive expenses related to transmission of messages regarding distribution in wireless network systems.
