METHOD OF DISRUPTED TENDONS PLASTY Russian patent published in 2009 - IPC A61B17/56 

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology. Operation includes access to disrupted tendon, removal of haematoma and mobilisation of disrupted tendons ends. Two thread holders are passed through ends of disrupted tendon and, accompanied by the latter, in turns and opposite to each other, - through gap of tubular, braided, connective implant. By means of traction with holders disrupted tendons ends are drawn together inside of connective implant gap until contact and tightened. By longitudinal tension of connective implant ends of tendon in place of joint and its vicinity are drawn together and with free ends of one unremoved holder are sewn together with connective implant on all its length. As material of holders threads and connective implant extra elastic titanium nickelide is applied.

EFFECT: invention allows to increase connection strength and reduce patient rehabilitation terms due to optimal compression on joint ends of tendons and its constancy for period of tissue reparation.
