FIELD: medicine; orthopedy and traumatology.

SUBSTANCE: split frontally the tendon extremity. As a graft use a mesh from titanium nickelide. After introduction and bracing of one extremity of the grid in the split, its lead-in extremity take on a retainer from a thread, enter the grid extremity, holding the thread, into the proximal extremity of the broken off tendon. Take the thread out on the posterior surface of the tendon; sew the thread extremities in a top-flatted manner. Turn the dissociated tendon extremities round the tendon sewed by the grid and stitch a blanket suture.

EFFECT: strong and reliable restoration of a tendon on all extent of rupture at the expense of its strengthening using a mesh implant, reduction of terms of an immobilisation of a limb, decrease of complications of the postoperative period.
