FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medical equipment, namely instruments applied in traumatology and orthopaedics. An apparatus consists of 126-mm plate of Ilizarov's apparatus kit and a soft capron cord with knots on the ends of diametre of which exceeds that of apertures formed in the plate. The cord length is 130-210 centimetres. The cord is delivered into apertures of the plate to form loops for toes traction.
EFFECT: invention provides higher efficiency of closed or open forefoot diaplasis in transverse tarsal joint, tarsometatarsal and heel-phalanx joints.
