FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device serves to automatically prepare solutions from liquid and loose chemical products and can be used for applying chemical and physical effects onto oil benches. Proposed device comprises vessel accommodating perforated column furnished with tapered insert fitted at perforation level with its apex downward to stop column top end face. Slot-like perforation is made regularly along column axis. Column bottom communicates with pump suction pipe and is furnished with manifold provided with nozzles and end nozzle. Premising device is fitted between aforesaid pump and manifold. Tapered insert features through hole arranged along taper axis to feed components into vessel, hole lower edge being made at perforation level. Hole upper level communicates with intake branch pipe. Note that manifold houses helical insert.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of automatic mixing at whatever ambient conditions.
