FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed system comprises insulating set (3) with insulating core (1) embedded therein, film (11) made from fire resistant film material. Note that the latter makes antifire barrier (7) and insulating set (3) is enveloped by film (11). End section representing a closed film loop is arranged nearby film end and outside its enclosure, as well as on the edge of insulating set (3), is walls of film (11) stay in contact. Aforesaid walls are located on diametrically opposite half of closed loop circumference to enter section (5) of the film fastening that features flat structure. Aforesaid end section (50) is bent into Z-line flange. Note that bent parts (B11, C11, D11) of section (50) are folded one above the other.
EFFECT: higher fire resistance and fire safety.
