FIELD: metallurgy industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to metallurgy industry, and namely to manufacture of responsible sheet products. There performed is heating of the item, hot plastic deformation, annealing, hardening with specified speed and tempering; at that, hot plastic deformation is performed in two stages, the first stage of which is performed in 5 runs with uniform crimping for runs up to 7% with subsequent exposure time of 20 s and rolled steel hardening with critical speed of up to 20°C, then rolled steel is annealed at temperature of 950°C during 2 hours, and the second stage of hot plastic deformation is performed in 2 runs with uniform crimping for runs up to 17% with subsequent exposure time of 20 s, rolled steel hardening with critical speed of up 20°C, and annealing at temperature of 250°C during 2 hours.
EFFECT: increasing plasticity, and namely relative elongation and relative narrowing thus maintaining high strength properties, increasing durability and life time of the item design.
