FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: this invention refers to the mining industry and in particular to the coal industry, and can be used to affect the rock material. The method includes the drilling of the layer wells and wells in the roof rock and their hydro-procession with the liquid in static and hydroimpulsive regimes. The now-how of the inventions includes the tabular and rock wells being located by two with their location in one vertical surface. Further the liquid is pumped in the static regime together with the pairwise located the layer well and the well drilled into the roof under the pressure not exceeding the ultimate tensile strength of the rocks to their full filling with the liquid. Further, by turns it is pumped into the coal layer and the roof rock in the hydroimpulsive regime until its complete hydro- rupture, and the rest liquid left in the well drilled into the roof is directed into the layer well and kept until the constant pressure is maintained in the mouths of the pairwise located wells. Further, the gas suction is made. Ultimate tensile strength of the rock material is determined under the relation presented in the diagrams in accordance with their type.
EFFECT: this inventions guarantees the safe labour condition for the miners, reduction of the gas flooding of the mine workings, decrease the possibility of the gas and coal dust explosions, improves the economic indexes.
