FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to converters and can be used to control reversing thyristor DC converters or thyristor voltage controller for smooth starting of induction motors. Phase shifter represents an integrating scanning system wherein relative pulse duration is governed by interaction of drive and driven signal of scanning. Proposed device (dwg 1) comprises signal control source (not shown) that makes phase shifter input, adder (1), integrator (2), relay element (3), binary adding counter (4), DAC (5), input (6) to connect starting-state setting pulse source (not shown) in counter (4), three one-shot multivibrators (7), (8), (9), logical element "OR" (10), smoothing filter (11), voltage-to-pulse frequency converter (12), inputs (13), (14), (15) to connect sources of supply circuit sources of phases A, B, C. Proposed device features increased dynamic accuracy ensured by correction of inclination angle of drive scan signal in the function of circuit voltage frequency.
EFFECT: higher dynamic accuracy at varying circuit voltage frequency.
