FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: device has first (1), second (2) and third (3) relay elements, first (4), second (5) and third (6) XOR elements, first (7), second (8), third (9), fourth (10) and fifth (11) univibrators, 3-OR element (12), first (13), second (14) and third (15) phase-shifting devices with clock inputs (16, 17, 18) respectively, inputs (19, 20, 21) for connecting mains voltage sources with phases A, B, C, an input (22) for connecting a control signal source, logic units (23, 24, 25) made on an identical circuit based on inverter circuits (26), 3-NOR elements (27), 3-NAND elements (28), first (29) and second (30) 2NAND elements, 2OR elements (31) having first (32), second (33), third (34), fourth (35) and fifth (36) inputs and output terminals (37, 38, 39). Outputs of the univibrators (7, 8, 9) are connected to the corresponding clock input (16, 17, 18) of the phase shifting device (13, 14, 15).
EFFECT: device is distinguished by high accuracy and noise immunity owing to achieving maximum and minimum thyristor delay angles using a logic algorithm of processing clock channel signals where there is no need of additional elements in the data channels, which inevitably affects metrological characteristics of the pulsed phase control system.
