FIELD: lighting.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to luminescent diodes, to electroluminescent panels in particular. Electroluminescent device contains at least one transparent film base, at least one transparent electrode, at least one electroluminescent layer, at least one dielectric layer and at least one counter electrode. On counter electrode or between dielectric layer and counter electrode there is conductive electrode layer which contains at least one conductive polymer, or counter electrode is conductive electrode layer which contains at least one conductive polymer. Production and use of presented electroluminescent device is also described.
EFFECT: invention of device which lights all along the surface after deformation as well.
