FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: claimed is method for identification of analyte in sample, which includes the following stages: preparation of sensor (2), containing conducting material (22) and first electrode material (24), applied on at least part of conducting material (22) to form working electrode (6), with first electrode material being adapted for realisation of at least one reaction of analyte identification, if analyte is present in sample, and first electrode material contains Mn2O3 particles; and application to electrode (6) of voltage, selected from the range of voltages, at which H2O2 in sample will be reduced on working electrode (6). In addition, implantable sensor (2) for identification of analyte in sample (26) is claimed. Sensor contains substrate (4), which has carrying surface (20); conducting material (22), applied on at least part of carrying surface (20); and first electrode material (24), applied on at least part of conducting material (22) with formation of working electrode (6), with first electrode material (24) being adapted for realisation of at least one reaction of analyte identification, if analyte is present in sample (26), and first electrode material contains Mn2O3 particles. Sensor system, including said sensor together with detecting device, is also claimed.
EFFECT: obtaining precise and reproducible results, high specificity with respect to analyte and low crossreactivity with other, besides analyte, sample ingredients and high sensitivity in wide range of analyte concentrations.
