SUBSTANCE: suggested method of keeping bees in a transportable beehive complex based on a car trailer is in the fact that each bee family is kept in a separate cell of the body “bar”. During hot summer more favourable conditions of maintaining the temperature are created by intensified ventilation of the nests. During winter, the ventilation openings in the butt walls are closed tightly which stabilises the temperature in the nest as well as conditions for the queen's smells to penetrate from the adjacent cells of the “bar” are created which helps queenless families survive winter. The transportable beehive complex contains body “bars” of the beehive cells installed along the sides and covered on the outside with current-conductive paint and grounded, with round entrances in the front wall of the beehive cell, round ventilation openings in the rear wall, with openings in the partitions of the body covered with a metal network. The complex contains a retractable bottom of the cell, frames of a height of 230 and 300 mm. The distance from the frame to the bottom is 90 mm. The volume of each cell is 0.15 m³.

EFFECT: invention facilitates the apiarist's work as transportation of an apiarian beehive complex can be performed without preliminary preparation and loading-unloading operations, enables a queenless family to spend the winter successfully due to a flow of the queen's smell through the opening in the partitions from the adjacent beehive cell.
