FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to technology for production of synthetic films, in particular to multi-layer film, which may be used for external surfaces of domestic appliances, communication devices, inventory for recreation and sport, body parts in car industry, ship and airplane building. Film comprises at least one upper layer a) and medium layer b) from copolymers of (meth)acrylate, and also layer of substrate c) from polycarbonate. Upper layer a) comprises light stabiliser and consists of copolymer of (meth)acrylate, which creates partially compatible mixtures with polycarbonate of substrate c) layer. Tested sample made from mixture of 20 wt % of (meth)acrylate copolymer and 80 wt % of polycarbonate has relative tensile elongation (ISO 527-2) at 23°C, of at least 75%. Medium layer b) contains dye and light stabiliser, if required, and consists of identical or various specified copolymers of (meth)acrylate, which create partially compatible mixtures with polycarbonate of substrate c) layer. Layer of substrate c) consists of polycarbonate, which may contain, if required, up to 30 wt % of material of layers of a) and b). Film is made with extrusion.
EFFECT: film has good mechanical properties, high atmosphere resistance, chemical resistance and thermal stability.
