FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cross-linked polyolefin compositions, a method for production thereof, cross-linked compositions and articles, such as foams, sealants or glues, and their use in food packaging, tissue packaging and technical and protective films. Disclosed is a cross-linked polyolefin composition which contains a graft copolymer obtained by grafting a polyolefin polymer B functionalised hydrolysable silane on one or more polyolefin polymers A, wherein hydrolysable silane functionalised polyolefin polymer B is obtained from monomers containing olefin monomers a) and silane functionalised compound(s) b) a method of producing a cross-linked polyolefin composition, a method of making a cross-linked product and a cross-linked product.
EFFECT: technical result is production of cross-linked polyolefin composition, which has desirable mechanical and chemical properties, such as low content of gel, improved strength of melt and easily adjustable fusibility, and with no problems related to health, safety and environment.
